It’s still cold so we’re in another motel for tonight. We’re going to spend the day in memphis tomorrow. A couple small things fix on the van, we’ll get it done in the morning. Haven’t been taking any photos yet maybe tomorrow

A pretty easy day eccept everyone is pretty tired, I was all set to spend the catching up on my sleep then leaving tomorrow, but I realized I’d just end , staying up late and probably be just as tired and I would have hit all that snow in Peterborough and Toronto.
The drive today was fine except the roads are all torn up with construction in Detroit so if anyone is around that area , take care.
We’re at a motel 6 in Lima Ohio tonight we can break this togetherness stuff in slowly ( we have two rooms) If it’s warmer tomorrow we will stay at a Flying j

They left this morning, at 8:30am! Two surf boards, the Westy, the Trailer, two dogs (Duke and Meeka), Jerry’s daughter Kaily, Jerry’s son Travis and Jerry! OH MY GOD Is the house silent!!! I miss them already!

At long last it’s about time to go, the van is ready and pretty well packed except for the last minute things we will get in the morning. We plan on leaving around 8:00am Jerry,Kaily,Travis….Duke and Meeka………Sofie to Follow on Dec 14 to Cancun. We plan on having a leisurely drive down and explore along the way. We will probably stop at a motel the first night or two depending on how cold it is.

Hi everyone. Well perhaps we have finally got computer literate and with Jonathans help I am on the blog. We are leaving here Dec. 1 for Mexico. Hopefully Zihuat by christmas with a stop at Algodones for dental work on the way. Once we hit Mexico and the heat we seem to go alot slower so not sure how far we’ll get. We will also spend some time in Melaque and the rest is open. We are looking forward to seeing some of you on your way back up the west coast. Will keep in touch.
