If that is not present, then the fix is possible (not cheap). But as with broken bones, the severity depends upon how deep it goes into the laminate. It will be interesting to learn more about it and hopefully I can learn the best way to fix it. I'll probably get a good idea of what it will take to fix the few big issues like this before spending any money on the boat. I'm afraid that crack is structural. It can be fixe if the crack is not to deep, but it don't seem superficial. You will need goods experts advices before putting more $ in it.....
